Balloon Flare began in January of 2000.  It is a home-based balloon decor business located in Peoria, Arizona and serving the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  We specialize in various types of party decor and delivery of balloon arrangements.  Balloon Flare is owned and operated by Diana Gault,CBA and husband Bill. 

Diana earned the designation of CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) in 1999 by completing a seven week training class at Big Fun Balloons in Tempe, Arizona, sponsored by the Pioneer Balloon Company.  In addition, she has taken refresher classes in specialties such as New Year's Eve decor, balloon arrangements, centerpieces, and sculptures.  Diana and Bill work well together and get the family involved whenever possible.  Our past experience includes weddings, quincineras, grand openings, bar mitzvahs, casino parties, "Over The Hill" parties,  New Year's Eve parties, baby showers, and memorial releases.  We have also done a variety of balloon deliveries, such as Valentine's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, get well, new baby, and graduation.  We only use Qualatex latex balloons because they are a high quality product that make the finished product special.
